Interlock Solution provides end-to-end service that focuses on training all users. We create a custom training plan based on how different users plan to use existing and new technologies.

We have created a three-step training process that allows us to deliver a complete custom solution to our clients. 

​

Step 1: Consultation and Discovery

During the consultation and Discovery phase, Interlock Trainer meets with the clients to discuss how they expect their technology to integrate with their lifestyle. Clients have varying levels of interest and skills, during the consultation the client and Interlock Trainer agree upon the objectives of the course and areas in which they would like to dive deep.

Step 2: Create a Custom Training Package

Upon completion of the Consultation and Discovery, Interlock Trainer crafts a custom course (3-4 hours) that is based on the clients vision, skills, and expectations. This course is created to educate clients on the technologies they already own.

Step 3: In-person Training

Once the course material is finalized, Interlock Trainer meets the clients at their location to deliver the training. The training consists of using the clients technologies in their own environment. For example, online security training is custom created based on the clients online presence and the apps they use.
